Welcome to the chancellor´s mailbox at the University of Castilla-La Mancha
This tool provides the general public, and members of the university community in particular, with a system which brings together and processes their general enquiries and complaints about any service the University of Castilla-La Mancha provides from its managerial bodies, centres, departments, services and administrative units,as well as initiatives for improving quality, thereby ensuring a suitable response is given to all actions taken by users, and that appropriate measures are taken, when required.
Our intention is to make the University of Castilla-La Mancha more accessible for all users and provide a service that is constantly evolving and improving which will pay dividends in terms of higher quality and a greater degree of user satisfaction.
This system does not cover enquires or communications about incidents that can be carried out in any area of university activity, as these must be processed by means of the different information points or the Service Point for Users (CAU).
Individual legal claims by users are excluded from the system, as are those whose processing is already regulated by the legal system applicable or whose resolution lies with specific UCLM bodies.
Complaints or claims from any member of the university community which can be addressed to the university ombudswoman are not covered by this service.
