Library  Commitments

The library promises to process inter-library loans in under 48 hours. The time it takes for  the materials requested to arrive will depend on the lending library.

Moreover, we are committed to managing information about this process by means of electronic mails and immediate notifications with text messages or by phoning, when the document becomes available.

There are some libraries which do not permit documents to leave the premises of the institution which requested the loan. In such an event, the user may only consult these on the premises of the UCLM library.
