Infrastructures Commission

Regulación:

Created by Agreement of the Board of Governors of 7th of November of 2014. The infrastructure Commission will meet when it is called by the Chairperson, who will also specify the order of the day. To carry out its responsibilities, the Commission may consult with as many qualified persons it deems pertinent, who may be invited to the meetings with voice, but no vote.

  • Secretary: Academic Director of the Vice-chancellor´s office with responsibilities in infrastructure matters
  • Members:9 members of the Teaching and Research Staff specialized in architecture, civil engineering, adaptations for the disabled and industrial engineering and 2 members of the Office for Infrastructure Management.

Duties

The duties of the Infrastructure Commission are:

  • To inform about the general directives in town planning matters  , design and use of spaces on the university campuses
  • To inform about the actions foreseen in the UCLM investment Plan, including the technical projects to carry out these activities.
  • To inform about the policy for management and maintenance of moveable and immovable infrastructure
  • To participate in, on the request of the hiring institution, the committees which have to decide upon the infrastructure works contracts.
  • Any other action conferred on it by the Statutes or by the Board of Governors
