ction 3 (KA3): Supporting policy development and cooperation

Activities in support of policy reform are geared towards achieving the objectives of the Europe 2020 strategy, the Strategic Framework for European Cooperation in the field of Education and Training (ET 2020) and the European Youth Strategy.

This action aims to support the processes of reflection, dialogue and data collection necessary to achieve a reform of systems and policies in the fields of Education and Training through projects that promote Structured Dialogue: meetings between young people and decision-makers in the youth field.

On the other hand, Key Action 3 covers many other actions supporting the reform of education, training and youth policies. These actions are either implemented directly by the European Commission or implemented through specific calls for proposals managed by the Executive Agency.

Specifically:

Topic and country-specific expertise, studies on policy issues and reforms, including activities carried out by the Eurydice network; Support for the participation of countries in European or international surveys aimed at monitoring specific trends and developments, including the evolution of language skills in Europe; EU Presidency events, conferences and high-level meetings; Exchanges of views and experiences in the field of education, training and youth.
