This micro-credential offers a comprehensive, applied and up-to-date overview of International Human Resource Management (IHRM) in the context of multinational companies. Through three modules, students will understand the strategic fundamentals of IHRM, master key functional areas in global environments, and develop essential intercultural skills for leading diverse teams and managing talent in international organisations.

The course combines conceptual analysis, real-life case studies, practical exercises, and critical reflection on the current and future challenges of people management in a globalised world.

- Understand the conceptual and organisational fundamentals of IHRM and its impact on organisational behaviour.

- Analyse the role of multinational companies in the global context and the differences between developed and developing economies.

- Evaluate the main strategic options for management orientation and staffing in international environments.

  • A 70% discount is available for individuals between 25 and 64 years of age who are covered by the Collaboration Agreement between the Regional Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports and the University of Castilla-La Mancha for the financing of actions within Investment 6 of Component 21 of the PRTR ‘Plan for the Development of University Microcredentials’. Therefore, students will only pay 30% of the enrollment fee.

Requirements:

  • Age between 25 and 64 years.
  • Spanish nationality or nationality of a European Union country.
  • For individuals with nationalities from countries outside the European Union, proof of residence in a Member State of the European Union must be provided.
  • University graduates or non‑graduates related to the field of international human resources management.

Once you have been admitted, you must complete your enrollment online by accessing the Lead application.

Students who have registered can complete their enrollment from the My Applications option Mis Solicitudes by selecting the “Continue with enrollment” action:
To make the payment, you can use one of the following options: 

Payment by BANK RECEIPT: you must print the payment letter and present it at one of the participating banks (listed on the payment letter) and make the corresponding payment. This option is only available for payments made in Spain. 

Payment by BANK CARD: payment is made at the time of enrollment.

Once you have enrolled, you can download the payment slip again from the Mis Solicitudes   option by selecting the “Payment slip” action.

INVOICE REQUEST: 
 
All students interested in receiving an invoice certifying payment of the registration fee must request it from the course organizer (center administrator) at the time of registration, attaching the updated IAE documentation of the student or the company making the payment.
 
This right will expire on the 16th of the month following the date of payment.
